Type of vendors we’re looking for- We are looking for vendors passionate about their craft, whether it be knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, rug hooking or in any way yarn/fiber related please feel free to apply with several high quality photos of your booth. If you are having trouble attaching photos, please email them directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This year we have redesigned the interior space, if you would like to be in the same or similar space to last year please let me know in your application and I will do my best to accommodate. We’ve also added a further 20 spaces in a banquet tent that will be lit, these are still considered indoor spaces, but will be filled last, so get your application in early.
Electricity is free for all indoor vendors, please bring your own surge protectors and extension cords to reach the closest available outlet, please let Kelly know if you need any wires taped down for safety.
In addition, Wifi is also available for free for inside vendors, passwords will be provided. However, due to the high demand for internet access at last years show, please use your own data if you have it and if you are on the house wifi please refrain from web surfing so others can have access, we are doing our best to rectify this problem for the coming year, but if we all work together I think we can manage.
Applications open in June and will remain open till the end of August. All applications will be reviewed and notified of their status via email on August 31st. Please do not contact us about the status of your application prior to September 1st
